At She’s Hair Collection, every order is prepared with care, precision, and intention. Each piece is handled as a luxury product, and all policies are in place to maintain quality standards and ensure a seamless fulfillment experience.


Final Sale

All products are final sale. Due to the hygienic and custom nature of our hair extensions and wigs, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.


Order Commitment

All orders are considered confirmed at the time of purchase. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled once placed.


Shipping

Each order is processed with attention to detail before shipment.

Processing time is 2–5 business days. Custom wig orders and specialty requests may require 7–10 business days prior to shipping.

Once processed, orders are shipped within 3 business days.

Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

A signature is required upon delivery for all orders. Please ensure availability at the time of delivery to avoid delays.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, She’s Hair Collection is no longer responsible for the package, including delays, loss, theft, or delivery issues beyond our control.


Pickup Orders

Pickup is available by appointment only. Customers will be notified once their order is ready and provided designated pickup instructions.

Orders must be collected within 3 days of notification. After this period, items may be returned to stock.

Once an order is marked ready for pickup, She’s Hair Collection is not responsible for loss, theft, or unclaimed items.

All pickup orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or modified.
